In order to implement the deployment of the Supreme People’s Court，Shanghai Higher People’s Court，relying on the national subject of “Research on Law Enforcement Standardization and Equipment Improvement under Whole Process Monitoring”，has developed a smart law enforcement system. On the basis of informatization，Shanghai Higher People’s Court has given full play to the role of artificial intelligence in the judicial field to assist in cases handling，vigorously promoted the deep integration of artificial intelligence with enforcement，promoted electronic management of documents and instant generation of electronic files and legal documents，which has successfully provided intellectual support and auxiliary support for judges，and driven the law enforcement into the direction of informatization.
