    北京城市轨道交通发展现状、问题及建议

    摘要

    近些年来,北京城市轨道交通快速发展,同时也存在一些突出问题。第一,空间布局有待完善。网络布局与人口空间集聚的耦合度较低;线路布局与城市功能布局不尽一致;站点设置不尽合理。第二,建设时序不尽合理。部分干线和非干线的建设时序倒置;部分干线分段建设,导致通道运输效率较低;一些主要车站建设滞后,影响了线路运输效率。本报告提出了北京城市轨道交通网络优化的思路和建议:中心城区加密与连接新城相结合,规划建设长大干线;线路建设与站点优化相结合,重视站点优化;干线网建设与支线网规划相结合,形成“鱼刺状”和“哑铃状”的网络结构;线路换乘与线路贯通相结合,重视线路贯通;优先建设基本网与适时建设特殊线路相结合,重视优化建设时序。

    Abstract

    In recent years,urban rail transit has developed rapidly in Beijing,but there are some outstanding problems. First,the spatial layout needs to be improved. The degree of coupling between network layout and population spatial agglomeration is low,the layout of some lines is not consistent with the layout of urban functions and some stations is not reasonable. Second,the construction timing is not reasonable. The construction timing of some trunk lines and non-trunk lines is reversed,some sections of the trunk line construction result in low efficiency of channel transportation and some major stations are lagging behind,which affects the efficiency of line transportation. The ideas and suggestions for the optimization of urban rail transit network in Beijing are put forward. First,the combination of central city encryption and connecting new city,planning to build a long trunk line. Second,combining line construction with station optimization,attaching importance to station optimization. Third,combining trunk network construction with branch network planning,The network structure as “fishthorn” and “dumbbell” is formed. Forth,combing line transfer and line connection,line connection is emphasized. Fifth,the priority construction of the basic network is combined with the timely construction of special lines,and the construction timing is emphasized.
