按照既定目标，上海将在2020年基本建成国际金融中心。进博会已经成功举办两届，以后每年都在上海举办，势必对国际金融中心建设带来积极影响。本报告分析了进博会金融需求，指出进博会与上海国际金融中心建设可以实现相互赋能、相互促进，并提出上海可借助进博会东风，顺势而为，促进货币兑换改革；对参加进博会的“一带一路”沿线国家推进人民币国际化；在中国（上海）自由贸易试验区推进离岸贸易与离岸金融等若干建议，进而促进上海国际金融中心建设。
<<According to the established goal，Shanghai will be basically built into an international finance center by 2020. CIIE has been successfully held for two sessions，and its annual launch in Shanghai in the future is bound to have positive influence on the construction of Shanghai as an international finance center. The report analyzes the financial demand of CIIE，notes that CIIE and the international finance center can empower and promote each other，and gives a number of suggestions，such as taking advantage of CIIE to promote the currency conversion reform，advancing RMB internationalization in the participating countries along the belt and road，and pushing forward offshore trade and offshore finance in Shanghai Free Trade Zone，so as to promote the construction of Shanghai as an international finance center.
