It has the infrastructure and huge market space needed for the development of information technology. It attaches great importance to the development of information technology industry，with strong policy support. Therefore，the prospect of information technology industry is promising. After the Sino-US trade war escalated into a science and technology war，the independent controllability，security，and advanced nature of China’s information technology industry became even more urgent. In 2020，combined with the trend of technology development and China’s policy industry environment，it is suggested to pay attention to the four major industrial application fields of information technology industry. The first is the design of semiconductor chips，including artificial intelligence chips，IoT chips，5G chips，and automotive electronics. The second is information security，including the password industry chain，network security upgrades，and prevention of new risks brought about by new technologies. The third is financial technology，including blockchain finance，artificial intelligence，big data finance，and financial clouds. The fourth is the 5G industry and applications，including the 5G communications field and the “5G +” industry.
