本报告通过对四家企业安置残疾人就业的情况进行分析,发现四家企业根据自身实际,积极探索残疾人就业模式,创造了可供借鉴的经验。调研发现,四家企业具有较为强烈的社会责任感,积极主动超比例安置残疾人就业,对残疾职工进行人性化管理,促进残疾人的社会融合。同时,四家企业在安置残疾人就业时也面临一些共性的问题,如招工难、残疾职工管理成本上升、残疾职工的后续支持缺乏等问题。
<<By investigating the employment settlement situation of persons with disabilities in four enterprises,this report finds that the four enterprises actively explore the employment of persons with disabilities according to their own actual conditions and create experience for reference. The survey finds that the four enterprises have a strong sense of social responsibility,actively settle persons with disabilities for employment over proportionally,carry out humanized management of the disabled employees,and promote social integration of persons with disabilities,however,the four enterprises also face some common problems in the job placement of persons with disabilities,such as difficulties in recruiting workers,rising management costs of disabled employees,and lack of follow-up support for disabled workers.
