本报告全面分析了我国的残疾人就业政策和持证残疾人就业现状，指出目前残疾人就业的主要特征为：就业形势多元化，就业规模保持稳定；就业层次较低、稳定性差；城镇残疾人就业地区差异明显，农村残疾人就业情况不理想。互联网的发展、精准脱贫和乡村振兴政策给残疾人就业带来了新的机遇，但教育水平偏低、技能培训体系不完善、融合就业的环境不理想使残疾人就业面临较大的挑战。据此，本报告从教育培训、互联网利用和融合就业环境的建设方面提出了促进残疾人就业的建议。
<<This report comprehensively analyzes the employment policies and employment status of people with disabilities（PWD）in China. The characteristics of employment of PWD include diversification，the scale remains stable，but the quality is low and the stability is poor，the employment of PWD in urban area varies significantly，and the employment of PWD in rural areas is not satisfactory. Fortunately，the Internet，targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization policies have brought new opportunities for the employment of PWD，but the low level of education，the imperfect skill training system and the less inclusive environment have posed great challenges to the employment of PWD. Based on this，the report puts forward some suggestions，including education and training，Internet utilization and construction of inclusive environment，to promote the employment of PWD.
