From 2008 to 2018，China’s disability rights protection has made significant progress. In the legislative level，the formulation of new laws and regulations has improved the legal system for the protection of the rights of the disabled. China has also identified a series of important principles that fit with the Convention of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities，including the prohibition of discrimination based on disability，reasonable accommodation and inclusive education. On the level of judicial protection，China has further promoted the law dissemination of the rights of the disabled and promoted legal remedy，legal services and legal aid for the disabled. However，the protection of the rights of disabled people in China still faces problems and challenges. Therefore，it is necessary to carry out anti-disability discrimination legislation，expand the applicable areas of reasonable accommodation，and improve the supporting measures for inclusive education.
