Chengdu CBD，as a municipal-level Core Commercial Circle，has a long history. Enjoying a distinctive location advantage，it leads the trend of development of trade and business industries in Chengdu municipality. For this reason，it has established an image of high-end internationalized development in business and trade industries. In this report the author has conducted some discussions and researches on the general situation and existing stage of industrial development and CBD in Chengdu Area. She proposed some key tasks of constructing industrial ecological system and those of focusing on industrial upgrading. As a result，an overall development of business and trade industries and business service industry will be implemented and a high-level regional opening comprehensively pushed forward.
