As IT is being developed and put into application，the traditional industrial boundary within Beijing CBD has gradually become indistinctive and the convergence development between different industries is increasingly apparent. Under the back ground of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration，an exploration on the industrial convergence development within Beijing CBD is of great importance. Similarly，the exploration is significant for overall planning various demands of development and linking different developing directions between Tianjin and Hebei. As a result，a coordinated development will be realized in the three areas.

By calculation，this dissertation has explored the effect of industrial convergence in Beijing CBD under the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration. Three types of industrial convergence degree are figured out，which includes cultural creation plus finance & banking，cultural creation plus modern service industry，and finance plus modern service industry. Based on these achievements，the author uses grey correlation analytical method to work out two kinds of co-relation degree，which is the degree of co-relation between Beijing CBD industrial convergence and the industrial structure upgrading of the three regions and the co-relation degree between Beijing CBD industrial convergence and the regions’ respective local industrial structure performance.

The result shows that the three types of industrial convergence in Beijing CBD is obviously strong enough to promote local industrial upgrading in Beijing and Hebei，but it is weaker in producing radiation effect in Beijing. The tertiary industry in Tianjin and Hebei is just in the stage of rapid growth so that a large potential to develop the industry does exists in both areas. While in Beijing，the tertiary industry has already undergone a full development，thus the driving effect of industrial convergence is apparently powerful enough. Lastly，the author put forward consideration and countermeasures to the existing problems about CBD development in Beijing. The suggestions are as follows：Beijing CDB should construct a Multilayer Open CBD Network to remove regional barriers. That will facilitate coordination of quality resources and promote industrial cooperation. Correspondingly，production elements could be put into movement in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated collaboration and the effect of industrial development improved.
