日本滑雪产业发展已有超过百年的历史。受两次冬奥会影响，日本滑雪产业在1970～1990年经历了快速发展，滑雪人数创造了历史新高。本文将以1998年长野冬奥会为例，通过描述日本在筹办长野冬奥会过程中的有效举措，分析冬奥会对举办国家与城市的积极影响，以助力2022年北京冬奥会，实现中国冰雪产业再发展。
<<The development of Japan skiing industry has a history of more than one hundred years. Influenced by the two Winter Olympic Games，Japan’s skiing industry experienced rapid development from 1970 to 1990. The number of skiers reached a record high.Taking the Nagano 1988 Winter Olympic Games in Japan as an example，this paper describes the effective measures taken by Japan in preparing for the Winter Olympic Games，and analyses the positive impact of the Winter Olympic Games on the host countries and cities，so as to realize the re-development of China’s ice and snow industry with the help of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games.
