近年来,河南省电力消费保持较快的增长速度,同时夏季高温、冬季寒潮等极端天气对用电负荷变化影响日趋明显,部分区域季节性、时段性的电力缺口开始出现,电力供应保障压力不断增大。河南省铁塔基站数量庞大,电动汽车规模快速增大,其参与需求侧响应的潜力巨大。本文详细介绍了全省铁塔基站和电动汽车的发展现状、用电负荷特性,分析了铁塔基站和电动汽车的负荷可调节能力,对其参与需求响应的技术经济性进行了评估,提出现行可行的参与需求响应方案。
<<In recent years,Henan Province’s power consumption has maintained a rapid growth rate. At the same time,the extreme weather such as summer high temperature and winter cold wave has a significant impact on the change of power load. Seasonal and time-based power gaps in some regions have begun to appear,and power supply security pressures are increasing. The number of towers in Henan Province is huge,and the scale of electric vehicles is increasing rapidly. The potential for participation in demand side response is huge. This paper introduces the development status and power load characteristics of the iron tower base station and electric vehicle in Henan Province in detail,analyzes the load adjustment ability of the tower base station and electric vehicle,evaluates the technical economy of their participation in demand response,and proposes a feasible and feasible part-response response plan.
