Henan province is a big province of economy and industry，as well as a big province of population and labor force output. During the Spring Festival，influenced by factors such as holiday work stop-work and out-of-province migrant workers leaving their hometown，the characteristics of electricity load of the whole province changed significantly compared with normal days，and the characteristics of electricity consumption in different regions of province also had great differences. This paper combed the Henan province during the Spring Festival Labour migration features，research in recent years，the province is analyzed，during the Spring Festival of electricity，electricity load change trend，and selected the population outflow during the Spring Festival is the most prominent in the province of zhoukou city of Zhengzhou and migrant workers return home is concentrated on the contrast analysis of research conclusion can provide power supply security during the Spring Festival and the related power grid planning and construction to provide certain reference.
