In recent years，country has continued to relax restrictions to the upstream and down stream links of refined oil. The refined oil refining and retail markets have developed rapidly. The competition in the refined oil market in the whole province has become increasingly diversified and the market competition has become more full. However，at the same time，driven by interests，the phenomenon if “self-flowing and black” flooding，tax evasion at social stations and shoddy work are repeatedly prohibited. The difficulty of market supervision continues to increase，affecting the effectiveness of pollution prevention and control in the whole province. This paper reviews the general situation and current situation of refined oil market in Henan Province，discusses the development of refined oil retail，and proposes to further strengthen market supervision，promote the re-closure of ethanol gasoline，speed up the construction of new smart oil stations and comprehensive service bodies，and optimize the refined oil market and consumption environment in the province.
