依托河南省能源大数据应用中心,基于全省实时负荷数据、新能源场站出力数据的精细化分析,实现新能源供给能力和消纳预警等级的量化评估。借助信息化手段,基于负荷特性分析精准推送适应不同分析需求的研究时段,实现新能源出力特性的概率统计分析,分时段、分区域提出新能源参与电力平衡的原则及出力比例。结合未来三年的新能源发展规划,建立全省分地市新能源消纳“红橙黄绿”预警体系,并根据评估结果提出保障新能源消纳的配套电网加强措施。
<<Relying on the Henan Energy Big Data Application Center,based on the detailed analysis of the province’s real-time load data and new energy field station output data,a quantitative assessment of new energy supply capacity and consumption warning levels is achieved. With the help of information technology,based on the load characteristic analysis,the research period that adapts to different analysis needs can be accurately pushed to realize the probability statistical analysis of new energy output characteristics. The principle and ratio of new energy participation in power balance are proposed by time period and region. Combined with the new energy development plan for the next three years,establish a “red,orange,yellow,green” early warning system for new energy consumption in cities and provinces in the province,and based on the assessment results,put forward measures to strengthen the supporting power grid to support new energy consumption.
