In 2019 coal production in Henan province remained stale on the whole and continued to focus on backbone coal enterprises. The pace of coal consumption reduction was further accelerated，and coal’s share of primary energy consumption continues to decline. In 2020 the total coal production and consumption of the whole province are estimated to be about 105 million tons and 200 million tons respectively，which can achieve the target of 15% reduction in the 13th five-year plan. Under the environment of green development，the coal industry should make full use of passage of coal into Henan，accelerate the construction of coal storage and distribution center in province，ensure the safe and stable supply of the coal in the whole province，and promote safe，green，efficient，intelligent development and clean，efficient and low-carbon utilization.
