Agricultural productive service industry is an important grasp to promote the revitalization of rural industry and the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development. It is an industry with considerable scale and is in a critical period of development and upgrading，showing the trends of gradually formed balanced development of services in the whole agricultural chain，gradually emerged division and cooperation of diversified market subjects，the obviously accelerated fusion development of the public services and business-oriented services. By analyzing the problems existing in the development of agricultural productive services and the current situation of support policies，this report finds the following policy demand，such a sattaching importance to the role of farmers in providing agricultural productive services and the role of increasing income brought by services；matching the development of different service subjects in different levels and classifications and the trend of agricultural industry demand；strengthening the cohesion of the support policies for agricultural production and operation；and strengthening the support policies conforming to the trend of integration of public services and business-oriented services.
