2019年,渔业以养殖业绿色发展、渔业资源养护和产业融合发展等为重点,大力推进渔业高质量发展。在生态优先前提下,渔业生产稳中有进,绿色养殖规范发展,捕捞业减量明显,休闲渔业继续增长,渔业发展质量明显提升。同时产业扶贫也有序推进。水产品市场尽管价格疲软,但供应充足,质量安全,为“菜篮子”保供稳价做出贡献。贸易顺差继续收窄。2020年,绿色发展、减量提质增效和资源保护的大趋势不会改变。面对突发的新冠肺炎疫情和复杂的国际形势,渔业将面临暂时困难,水产品产量、消费和贸易可能下滑,但不会影响市场供给。
<<In 2019,focusing on the green development of aquaculture,the conservation of fishery resources,and the development of industrial integration,the high-quality development of fishery industry was promoted. Under the premise of ecological priority,fisheries production has made steady progress. Green aquaculture developed in a more standardized manner. The output of capture fisheries decreased significantly. The output of leisure fisheries continued to grow. The quality of fisheries development significantly improved. At the same time,industrial poverty alleviation was advanced in an orderly manner. Although the prices of aquatic products dropped,the supply was sufficient and the qualities was safe,which contributed to secure adequate supplies and stabilize prices for “vegetable basket project”. The trade surplus of aquatic products continued to fall. In 2020,the general trend of green development,quality and efficiency improvement,and resource conservation will not change. Facing the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic and a complicated international situation,fisheries will encounter temporary difficulties. The production,consumption and trade of aquatic products may decline,but it will not affect market supply.
