The per capita consumption of rural residents was 13328 yuan，with nominal growth of 9.6% and real growth of 6.5%. The Engel’s coefficient reduced continuously，the per capita expenditure of education，cultural and recreation，health care and medical services grew rapidly. Significant progress has been made in poverty alleviation；the rural poverty population reduced obviously.
