The collaboration governance is an important problem to be solved in the coordinated development of Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei. The system of policies and regulations for air pollution collaboration governancein Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei is constantly improved，the structure of collaboration governance is constantly optimized，and the operation mechanism of collaboration governance is gradually improved. Air collaboration governanceis highly effective，the concentration of major air pollutants continues to decline，and the atmospheric environment quality was overall improved. To further promote the coordinated treatment of air pollution in Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei，a sound policy support system should be established，the organizational structure of collaborative governance should be improved，benefit compensation mechanism should be Innovated，a multi-agent network governance system with social participation and market incentives should be constructed.
