High-quality development is the basic feature of China’s economic development in the new era. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is one of the most important economic regions in the country. How to start from the total green-factor productivity and further promote the coordinated and high-quality development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region is the significant major topic between Beijin-Tianjin-Hebei. This paper empirically analyzes the important role of total green-factor productivity in guiding and promoting the high-quality development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region，and then proposes how to achieve Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei synergy and high-quality by improving the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei total green-factor productivity，and the coordination of regional development in this region.
