旅游业是香港特别行政区第四大支柱产业，但极易受经济、社会变化影响。本报告首先肯定了2017年以来香港旅游业发展的良好表现，也指出了2019年反修例风波对香港旅游业各项主要指标的冲击。其次，归纳总结了香港特别行政区政府为发展旅游业开展的具体工作。最后，分析了目前形势下香港旅游业面临的机遇与挑战，并且对香港旅游业未来发展进行了展望。
<<As the fourth economic generator，tourism industry in Hong Kong SAR is vulnerable to economic and social changes. This report affirms the positive performance of tourism industry in Hong Kong across the recent years，and also points out the impact of the “Anti-extradition Law Movement” on tourism performance in 2019. In addition，policy and promotion measures implemented by the SAR government are also summarized. Finally，this report analyzes current challenges and opportunities faced by Hong Kong tourism industry in current situation and prospects for the future development of Hong Kong’s tourism.
