美食旅游作为特殊兴趣旅游之一,对旅游者具有强大的吸引力,以其独特的体验性和文化性吸引着诸多旅游者的参与。本报告通过分析旅游者美食消费的动力,发现旅游者在旅游过程中消费美食的动机主要在于生理动机、心理动机、文化动机和社会动机。同时对全球美食旅游的创意营销案例进行梳理,总结了美食旅游五大创意营销手段,探究其营销特点和在目的地中的应用,旨在为中国美食旅游的营销提供借鉴。
<<As one of the special interest tourism,gastronomy tourism has a strong attraction to tourists,with its unique experience and culture to attract the participation of many tourists. Based on the analysis of the motivation of tourists’ food consumption,this paper finds that the motivation of tourists to consume food in the process of tourism mainly lies in physical motivation,psychological motivation,cultural motivation and social motivation. At the same time,this paper combs the creative marketing cases of global gastronomy tourism,summarizes the five creative marketing means of gastronomy tourism,and probes into its marketing characteristics and application in the destination,in order to provide reference for the marketing of Chinese gastronomy tourism.
