自新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生以来,旅游业遭受了巨大冲击,面临严峻考验,影响着我国稳定就业、乡村振兴、扶贫减贫等战略目标的实现。经济下行和产业结构性转型叠加给旅游业恢复发展增加了困难。政府层面需要进行一定的临时政策支持和既有政策改进,并立足长远进行政策评估和制度优化。旅游企业要有破局的思考,努力让自己生存下来;要加强相互沟通,保障发展能力;特别是,中小旅游企业要在积极配合疫情防控举措的前提下,通过专业化发展、留住人才和客户、加入行业协会等途径,进行有针对性的应对。入境旅游市场复苏尤其重要,需要重新思考入境旅游发展战略,加强客源国旅游研究,重构国际旅游营销架构。
