With the diversification of the level of tourism consumer demand and the diversification of its content，China’s homestay industry has blossomed everywhere. As the birthplace of the domestic “Yangjiale” B&B economy in Zhejiang Deqing，the country house has become an important support for Deqing rural tourism and an important cultural industry resource in the Mogan Mountain area. Mogan Mountain is located in Deqing County，Zhejiang Province. It has unique geographical advantages，rich eco-tourism resources，and a solid industrial foundation. It is an advantageous area for developing B&B tourism. The French Valley is characterised by the French culture brought by its founders，and a series of related facilities are built around the property itself.
