关于民宿旅游发展对社区居民经济生活影响认知的研究对于促进当地民宿旅游的可持续发展具有十分重要的现实意义。一方面就理论意义而言，民宿旅游发展对当地居民经济生活影响认知时间维度的动态变化研究，丰富了民宿旅游对社区居民影响的研究领域；另一方面就实践意义而言，社区居民作为民宿旅游的主要利益相关者，其对于民宿旅游发展的支持态度十分重要。本研究分别于2014年、2016年以及2019年对我国典型民宿旅游区域的社区居民进行了市场调研，运用SPSS统计软件，结合与民宿旅游社区居民访谈，研究了不同年份民宿旅游发展对社区居民经济生活影响认知的年际发展差异特征，分析了相关原因，并提出了针对性的民宿旅游发展供给侧结构性改革策略。
<<There is very import practically meaning of this study for the economic life impact cognition of local community residents about the home-stay tourism. From the point of theoretical meaning，the dynamic change research of the economic life impact cognition about home-stay tourism enriched the study fields about the community residents’ cognition of home-stay tourism. From the point of practical meaning，their supporting attitudes of the main beneficial relating persons of the community residents by home-stay tourism is very important for the development of home-stay tourism. This study had market survey for the community residents in the typical regions of home-stay tourism in China in 2014，2016 and 2019. With the analysis of social statistical software SPSS and in-depth interview of local community residents for home-stay tourism，this study analyzed the annual development different features of economic life impact cognition by local community residents about home-stay tourism，explored their reasons，and put forward the corresponding reformation polices for the supplied-side structures.
