随着移动网络的普及和线上预订平台的出现,民宿产业发展呈现勃勃生机,发展势头迅猛。在互联网时代,人们通过在网络平台查阅评论作为自己休闲目的地住宿体验的重要决策参考依据,同时,自身体验完成后,这些顾客又会将此体验在网络平台或自媒体评论区发布,供其他消费者参考。本研究基于网络平台网站上的评价机制进行研究,通过采集、分析此类网络评论热点,对几大预订平台上所收集到的网络评价进行词频统计,词频统计使用Python的中文分词库jieba,输出结果在Excel中降序排列,将旅游民宿网络评价前100个词进行整理,对环境建筑、服务质量、主体特色、特色餐饮、安全环保、接待设施方面做分析,通过数据统计与分析,勾勒出年度民宿消费者网评所关注的领域,为民宿经营者和消费者提供坐标参考系。
<<With the popularity of mobile network and the emergence of online booking platform,the development of the accommodation industry shows great vitality and rapid development momentum. In the age of Internet,people consult comments on the Internet platform as an important reference for decision-making of their leisure destination accommodation experience. At the same time,through the completion of their own experience,these customers will publish this experience on the Internet platform or in the self media comment area for other consumers’ reference. This research is based on the evaluation mechanism on the network platform website. By collecting and analyzing the hot spots of such network comments,we make word frequency statistics on the network evaluations collected on several major bookings. The word frequency statistics uses the Chinese word segmentation database of python,and the output results are arranged in descending order in excel. The first 100 words of the network evaluation of the tourism homestay are sorted out,and the environmental construction,service quality and main factors are analyzed Through data statistics and data analysis,this paper outlines the areas of concern in the annual online review of home stay consumers,and provides a coordinate reference system for home stay operators and consumers.
