Road tourism is an effective way to promote the development of rural industry, an important measure to promote the integration of urban and rural areas, and a new channel to increase farmers' income. In recent years, highway tourism in Shaanxi Province has initially established the foundation in the aspects of traffic road, tourism heat, supporting industries, etc., which has the advantages for further development, and is of great significance for the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization and poverty alleviation. However, according to the international and domestic market standards, there are still some problems in the development of highway tourism in Shaanxi Province. Therefore, it is urgent to formulate the development plan of highway tourism, improve the system and mechanism of coordinated development, and strengthen the characteristic design and capital investment of highway tourism. Therefore, in order to revitalize the rural economy, improve the income of farmers and build a livable home, this paper puts forward to work out the overall planning of highway tourism from the provincial level, to do a good job in the top-level design; to strengthen organizational leadership, to establish an efficient and practical coordinated development mechanism; to meticulously build demonstration projects and facilities of highway tourism, to strengthen characteristic services; to actively introduce tourism enterprises and encourage private capital investment In order to optimize the tourism pattern, adjust the industrial structure and improve the people's livelihood, we should make great efforts to build a model of Road tourism development in underdeveloped areas with unified economic, social, cultural and ecological benefits.
