With the deepening of poverty alleviation in the deep poverty-stricken areas, accelerating the reform of rural collective property rights system and exploring the path of strengthening the collective economy have been put on the important agenda, which will become an effective measure for the deep poverty-stricken areas to continuously consolidate and enhance the achievements of poverty alleviation and implement the Rural Revitalization strategy. On the basis of discussing the great significance of promoting the reform of rural collective property right system in deep poverty areas, this paper takes Langao County as an example, summarizes and refines the effective experience and practices, and provides countermeasures and suggestions for the overall promotion of poverty alleviation and Rural Revitalization in deep poverty areas.
