Relocation is one of the important contents of "five groups" of targeted poverty alleviation. It is of great significance to explore the current situation, path and problems of Promoting Rural Revitalization Strategy in relocation areas of targeted poverty alleviation for effectively linking Rural Revitalization Strategy and targeted poverty alleviation strategy. Based on the characteristics of the relocation areas and the important position of industrial development in southern Shaanxi, this paper summarizes and sums up that the key to realize the strategy of Rural Revitalization in the relocation areas lies in agricultural modernization and industrial integration represented by "integration of agriculture and tourism". Although the implementation of the relocation project provides many favorable conditions for the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization, such as factor aggregation, policy support, etc., it still faces problems such as the limitation of arable land, lack of funds, slow cultivation of new business entities, large constraints on resources and environment, and insufficient market development. Therefore, it is necessary to put forward suggestions from the aspects of rural land circulation system, fund raising and management, cultivation and development of new business subjects, ecological protection and environmental governance, tourism market development, etc.
