The development and expansion of rural collective economy is the need of promoting agricultural modernization, promoting rural economic and social development and improving rural governance. According to the basic situation and development status of the rural collective economy in Shaanxi Province, this report analyzes the reasons for the lagging development of the collective economy, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in combination with the effectiveness of the reform of the collective property rights system.
