2020-2021 is the node of the 13th five year plan and the 14th five year plan, the completion time of China's first "one hundred year" strategy, and the key link period from targeted poverty alleviation to rural revitalization. The policy of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" is facing the adjustment and transformation from targeted poverty alleviation to rural revitalization. Based on the analysis of the basis of the previous work and the new trend, this paper puts forward eight suggestions for policy improvement, so as to complete the task of poverty alleviation and lay a foundation for Rural Revitalization.
