Shaanxi poverty alleviation has entered the decisive stage. With the gradual increase of poverty-stricken counties, consolidating and improving the achievements of poverty alleviation has become an unavoidable major task. The main difficulties faced by Shaanxi in consolidating and improving the achievements of poverty alleviation include that diseases and disasters become the main driving force for returning to poverty and increasing poverty, that the marginal population is at risk of falling into poverty, that the industry and employment increase income are not stable, that the ability of village collective economy to drive poverty alleviation and increase income is relatively weak, that the supporting role of infrastructure is insufficient, and that the local financial pressure is large. In the next stage, Shaanxi should make sustained efforts to lay a solid foundation for industrial employment, manage and make good use of infrastructure, vigorously develop the rural collective economy, strengthen and stabilize the endogenous power of poverty alleviation and resolve the local financial pressure. At the same time, we will continue to earnestly implement supportive policies, strengthen factor support, establish and improve early warning monitoring and classified assistance mechanisms, strengthen leadership, improve assessment, and consolidate and enhance the achievements of poverty alleviation.
