本报告主要对长江经济带区域林业生态文明建设做出评价，运用聚类分析，根据所选指标将11个省市分成4类，并根据生态文明建设评价指标对四大类地区分别给出组间排名和组内排名以及各地区四个维度的得分，从定性和定量的角度对生态文明建设做出适当的评价，并给出完善生态文明保障，促进节能减排，提高区域性保护质量的建议。
<<This report mainly evaluates the construction of forestry ecological civilization in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. Using cluster analysis，11 provinces and cities are divided into 4 categories according to the selected indicators，and given the four major categories according to the evaluation of ecological civilization construction. Set up rankings and intra-group rankings，as well as scores of four dimensions in each region，make appropriate evaluations of ecological civilization construction from a qualitative and quantitative perspective，and improve the protection of ecological civilization，promote energy conservation and emission reduction，and strengthen regional protection quality work. Suggestions.
