Jiangsu is at the forefront of the country in terms of sustainable development and has a sound environmental governance system. The province is striving to form a spatial pattern，industrial structure，production methods and lifestyles that conserve resources and protect the environment. The construction of ecological civilization is deepening and green development has entered a new stage. A case study of the agricultural green agricultural heritage of Xinghua Putian was carried out，and innovative methods，transformation methods and adjustment structures based on the concept of green development were proposed. The report proposes that local conditions should be adapted to the local conditions，the ecotourism management system should be improved，and recommendations for protecting the regional green ecology and cultural policies should be established.
