Eucommia is an important natural rubber strategic resource and woody oil tree species in China. This report comprehensively discusses the technical basis and scientific and technological support effectiveness of the high-quality development of China’s Eucommia industry，the feasibility of China’s vigorous development of Eucommia industry，the main factors restricting the development of China’s Eucommia industry，and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of China’s Eucommia industry：It is the top-level plan to strengthen the development of Eucommia industry；the second is to accelerate the construction of the Eucommia research and development promotion system；the third is to accelerate the construction of the Eucommia industry development policy support system.
