This report makes a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the piano industry in Hubei province in 2018. With the first-hand survey data and questionnaires as the analysis material，this paper makes a thorough analysis of the present industrial situation of the piano industry. In Hubei province，the overall development situation of piano manufacturing industry，piano education industry and the social piano competitions are relatively booming，and the development prospects are optimistic. However，in the process of development，there are still many current situations that need to be further rectified. At the same time，this paper also puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions，such as optimizing and refining the piano industry chain，improving the teacher training system，optimizing the grading and competition resources platform.
