Han embroidery in Hubei province has been listed as “the four famous embroidery in the Yangtze river basin”，and is the representative of Hubei embroidery industry，which has long history and culture，rich connotation，and creative，fashion value. With the cooperation of the government，universities，experts，enterprises and inheritors，a series of inheritance and protection policies have been issued and implemented. However，questionnaire survey and interview show，Han embroidery industry development bottleneck lies in low identification，lack of innovation，immature industrial chain. In this regard，it is urgent to establish a collaborative innovation platform in Hubei province to strengthen resource integration，focusing on clothing fashion products，taking the road of young，fashionable，creative，diversified，and then accomplish the initiative，effective，stable，mature，sustainable fashion creative industry chain.
