浙江省新高考方案的主要变化体现在选考、赋分制度、多元录取方式等方面。作为一所典型的县域高中，浙江省长兴中学面临一系列新的挑战，集中体现在选科结构和考试节奏变化带来的实践问题，县域高中优秀生培养的困境等方面。在这些新挑战下，长兴中学采取了一系列应对策略，包括制定合理的选科策略，在尊重学生选择权下有限度地走班管理策略，对接“三位一体”招生的优秀生培养策略，在教学资源、考试节奏和评价反馈等方面的教学管理优化策略等。本研究进一步提出了有待解决的问题，包括综合素质评价如何科学记录与应用的问题，生涯规划教育的问题，以及如何平衡选考学科结构的问题。
<<The main changes of the new college entrance examination plan in Zhejiang Province are reflected in the Choice of Examination Subjects，the system of assigning points，and the multiple admission methods.
As a typical county high school，Changxing Middle School in Zhejiang Province is facing a series of new challenges under the background of the new college entrance examination reform，which mainly embodies in the change of subject selection structure，the cultivation of excellent students and the change of examination rhythm.
Under these new challenges，this paper elaborates on a series of measures to optimize school management，and puts forward some problems to be further solved.
