Promoting the integration of manufacturing and service industries is an important way to enhance the core competitiveness of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and achieve high quality economic development. In this paper，considering the spatial factors and power functions，the coupling coordination degree model is improved. The article measures the level of integration of manufacturing and service industries in 108 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The paper uses the spatial panel Dubin model to examine the influencing factors of the level of integration of manufacturing and service industries in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The results show that the integration level of manufacturing and service industries in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is higher than the national average，but there is still a certain gap from the level of quality coordination and integration；the level of integration of manufacturing and service industries in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is “catch up” The effect is not obvious. The improvement of the level of integration of manufacturing and service industries is affected by factors such as spatial location，industrial agglomeration and transfer. The level of integration of manufacturing and service industries in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is affected by many factors. There is a big difference in the spatial spillover effects of factors. In the process of promoting the high quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt，we should attach great importance to the integrated development of manufacturing and service industries，and formulate phased and targeted support policies based on the development status of manufacturing and service industries in various regions of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. Give play to the spatial externalities of the industry and accelerate the process of integration and development of manufacturing and service industries.
