发展绿色制造业,调整传统产业结构,能有效缓解产能过剩,促进长江经济带制造业能效提升。本报告定量考察长江经济带制造业能源消费特征,研究发现:长江经济带主要能源消费呈上升趋势,产业能耗以煤炭、石油为主,天然气消费在近年呈迅猛增长态势;长江经济带制造业能源消费结构的地区差异较大,能耗强度呈下降趋势。采用Kaya恒等式测度二氧化碳排放量,通过LMDI加法分解法将二氧化碳排放因素进行分解,结果显示长江经济带能源消费碳排放量呈浮动上升态势,产业规模和人口规模不断扩大、经济快速增长、能源结构持续调整,以及能源效率逐年降低是引发长江经济带制造业碳排放量快速增长的主要原因;2013年以后,长江经济带产业结构升级和节能技术的进步促进了产业能耗结构调整和能源效率提高,推动长江经济带经济增长与二氧化碳排放强脱钩。
<<Developing green manufacturing and adjusting the traditional industrial structure will not only alleviate overcapacity,stimulate the energy efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt manufacturing industry,but also deepen the international influence of the Yangtze River Economic Belt manufacturing industry. This report quantitatively examines the overall characteristics of energy consumption in the Yangtze River Economic Belt manufacturing industry. It is found that the main energy consumption of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is generally on the rise. The industrial energy consumption is dominated by coal and oil,and natural gas consumption has shown rapid growth in recent years. The regional energy consumption structure of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has a large regional difference,and the energy intensity is also declining. This report uses Kaya’s identity to measure CO2 emissions,and decomposes CO2 emission factors by LMDI addition decomposition method. The measurement results show that the carbon emissions of energy consumption in the Yangtze River Economic Belt are generally rising,and the scale of the industry and population are expanding. The rapid economic growth and continuous adjustment of the energy structure and the year-on-year reduction in energy efficiency are the main reasons for the rapid growth of carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. After 2013,the industrial structure upgrading of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the advancement of energy-saving technologies have promoted the adjustment of industrial energy consumption structure and energy efficiency,which has led to an increase in the economic development level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. However,this strong decoupling state is not stable.
