本报告基于2005~2017年地区和行业面板数据,采用区位熵、空间基尼系数和包含非期望产出的Super-SBM模型测度长江经济带装备制造业集聚水平和绿色创新效率,采用空间计量模型、门槛面板模型检验长江经济带装备制造业集聚对绿色创新效率的影响。研究结果显示:长江经济带装备制造业集聚水平与绿色创新效率呈地区间与产业间的分异特征。其中,长江经济带上中下游地区装备制造业集聚水平梯度递增,交通运输设备制造业、专用设备制造业集聚水平较低,绿色创新效率损失源于投入冗余与非期望产出冗余;中下游地区装备制造业集聚与绿色创新效率存在显著N型关系,上游地区装备制造业集聚与绿色创新效率存在显著倒N型关系;能源消耗、研发强度、经济增长对装备制造业绿色创新效率存在正向促进作用,对外开放、城市化率、环境规制对装备制造业绿色创新效率存在显著负向阻碍作用。推动长江经济带装备制造业高质量发展,应优化空间布局,引导产业合理集聚,加大研发投入并增强自主创新能力,促进装备制造业绿色发展。
<<Based on the regional and industry panel data from 2005 to 2017,the location quotient,the spatial Gini coefficient and the Super-SBM model with undesired output are used to measure the concentration level and green innovation efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The threshold panel model analyzes the impact of the concentration of equipment manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt on the efficiency of green innovation. The research results show that the equipment manufacturing industry agglomeration and green innovation efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt show the spatial and industrial differentiation characteristics. The horizontal concentration of industrial agglomeration in the upper,middle and lower reaches increases. The concentration of transportation equipment and equipment manufacturing industry and special equipment manufacturing industry Low,green innovation efficiency loss stems from redundant input and undesired output redundancy;there is a significant N-type relationship between equipment manufacturing agglomeration and green innovation efficiency in the middle and lower reaches,and the upstream equipment manufacturing agglomeration and green innovation efficiency are significantly negative. Type relationship. Economic growth,R&D intensity,and energy consumption is positively related to the green innovation efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry. The opening up,urbanization rate,and environmental regulation is negatively related to the green innovation efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry. To improve the quality of the equipment manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,we should increase investment in research and development and enhance the capacity for independent innovation to promote the green development of the equipment manufacturing industry.
