The “Perfect Youth” uses the realistic creation techniques to sing reforms and witness reforms. It shows the true and progressive style of the times and becomes an important dimension for combing the Chinese TV drama industry in 2018. This paper focuses on the expressions of the drama from the two aspects of “reality theme” and “realism”，and analyzes the theme，characters，plots，scenes，etc.，and expounds its role as a regional TV drama. The dominant role of the Saihanba culture；as a CCTV custom drama，the drama provides a mode of operation for the TV drama industry；from the main creation point of view，the drama’s mentoring and teamwork relationship laid the foundation for the drama to create a boutique episode.
