The application and promotion of 5G technology which volume，rapidity and scenes will bring revolutionary influence to content transmission and copyright industry，and which will also aggravate the situation of copyright infringement under the network environment. Based on the characteristics of 5G technology，this paper analyzes its influence on the transmission of works and the problems it may lead to，and puts forward suggestions on the improvement of laws and regulations governing live webcasting，short video creation and its utilization and the responsibility of network access service providers under cloud computing technology. Based on the experience of copyright mechanism construction in typical regions，this paper makes some proposals to complete the corresponding regulations and the basic ideas and methods of Copyright administrative enforcement supervision so as to further effectively adjust China’s copyright rules and copyright supervision in the 5G era.
