网络直播平台是内容的传播者。依据网络直播平台的不同经营模式，平台可以分为内容提供者与服务提供者两种不同类型。作为内容提供者的网络直播平台应对其播出的内容承担直接侵权责任，而作为服务提供者的网络直播平台则应对其播出的内容承担帮助侵权责任。平台应对其播出的内容承担合理的注意义务。
<<The webcast platform is the disseminator of content. According to the different business models of the webcast platform，the platform can be divided into two different types：content providers and service providers. The webcast platform that provides this content shall bear direct tort liability for the content broadcasted by it，and the webcast platform as a service provider shall be responsible for the infringement of the content broadcasted by it. The platform should assume reasonable care obligations for the content it broadcasts.
