Copyright system has a decisive influence on the existence and development of cultural and creative industries. Cultural and creative industries are entering a golden period of development in China. With the improvement of the quality and efficiency of copyright development in Beijing’s cultural and creative industries，a number of policies have been issued to promote copyright protection. However，public awareness of copyright protection is not strong enough，copyright administrative law enforcement needs to be improved urgently，and there is a lack in standardized copyright value evaluation system. In order to solve these problems，it is necessary to consummate the legal system for copyright protection in cultural and creative industries，raise public awareness of copyright protection，strengthen administrative protection，enhance the impact of copyright collective management，construct a copyright value evaluation standard，and improve the relevant systems of copyright transactions，to promote the optimization and development of cultural and creative industries in Beijing.
