2018年我国游戏娱乐产业总体发展态势良好,增长速度较2017年同时期有所放缓。同时,我国版权产业已初具规模正面临由量变到质变的历史跨越,这对游戏产业的管理提出了新要求。一方面,要通过完善《著作权法》等相关版权制度法规保护权利人的合法权益,对“山寨游戏”、剽窃游戏代码等现象进行治理。另一方面,要加强对游戏相关实体的管理,规制游戏内容违规现象,细化游戏软件的审查和版权登记制度。对新兴的互联网游戏直播和电子竞技赛事活动要建立起相应的管理办法,明晰该产业的版权法律问题,平衡利益冲突。总体而言,2018年通过司法裁判、国家政策指导和行业自律三方共治,游戏版权产业的重点领域治理效果明显,行业秩序进一步规范。
