As the national political，economic and cultural center and the birthplace of the national film and television industry，Beijing attaches great importance to the healthy development of the film and television industry，the positive diversification of film and television creation，the training and clustering of film and television talent. In 2018，a total of 18，728 institutions were granted business licenses for radio and television program production organizations，of which 9，895 were registered in Beijing and accounting for 53%. The TV program fair held in spring and autumn have successfully promoted 867 TV series. At the same time，Beijing also introduced many measures to stimulate the enthusiasm of film and television copyright creation in 2018. Financial institutions represented by Bank of Beijing promoted the use and development of film and television copyright through formulating cultural and financial service programs. Copyright debt-equity combination financing fund is also making efforts to explore equity，debt financing services and the like. Administrative law-enforcement departments further strengthen the supervision of film and television copyright and promote the continuous improvement of film and television product quality.
