Based on this，through the investigation and research of typical cities，this project understands the actual situation of Henan migrant workers’training，excavates typical cases of migrant workers’ training，analyses problems and summarizes experience，and puts forward relevant suggestions and suggestions，which provide basic reference for Henan migrant workers’skill training.
