随着我国经济的快速发展,汽车作为民众的消费品快速进入千家万户。然而,人们在享受汽车带来的舒适和便利时,也面临着带有缺陷的汽车产品给其带来财产安全和人身安全的危险。截至2018年底,全国实施缺陷汽车召回累计1768次,召回缺陷汽车6925万辆,其中,设计问题的缺陷汽车召回共117次,召回缺陷汽车956。60万辆。汽车制造商由于缺陷汽车召回所直接投入的费用达529亿元,为消费者挽回损失共520亿元。随着汽车保有量的增多,二手车交易的逐渐频繁,汽车产品生产者在完成召回通知过程中,因车主信息变更造成车辆无法追踪召回是整体召回工作最难处理的环节。如何知晓车主地址变更、联系电话变更、车辆过户、车辆报废信息成为成功召回缺陷车辆的关键。本文通过对缺陷车辆召回制度、召回原因等进行分析,搭建汽车与保险联动合作方式,助力汽车企业缺陷车辆召回工作开展。
<<With the development of China’s national economy,automotive products have rapidly entered millions of households and become mass consumer goods. However,while enjoying the convenience of transportation brought by automobiles,people are also faced with the risks of personal and property safety brought about by defective automobile products. By the end of 2018,China had implemented 1768 automobile recalls,involving 69.25 million defective vehicles,of which 117 were recalled due to design problems,involving 956.6 million vehicles,accounting for 76% of the total. The total direct cost invested by automobile producers due to the recall is about 52.9 billion yuan,and the total loss of consumers is recovered by 52 billion yuan. With the increase of car ownership and the increasing number of used car transactions,automobile product producers are unable to track the recall due to the change of owner information in the process of completing the recall notification,which is the most difficult part of the overall recall work. How to know the owner’s address change,contact phone change,vehicle transfer and vehicle scrap information is the key to successful recall of defective vehicles. Through the analysis of defective vehicle recall system and reasons,this paper establishes a linkage cooperation mode between automobile and insurance to help automobile enterprises carry out defective vehicle recall work..
