This paper makes use of the actual employment data of employment units served by human Resources service organizations to analyze the situation of labor employment in the industries as a sample to observe the economic trend and employment situation from the market point of view. Through the analysis of the labor situation in four industries，such as the Wholesale and retail tradeindustry，the information transmission，software and information Technology Service industry （ICT），manufacturing industry and financial industry，it is concluded that after years of change and development，the structureof the employmentthrough labor service tends to be stabilizing. At present，the employment through labor service is still expanding，but in general has entered a new stage of development，the situation of the employmentthrough labor serviceshow a number of new features，new problems，new challenges.
